Organizational Leadership Seminar & Workshop (3 Hours – $300) Strong organizations rise or fall on the strength of their leadership. Whether preparing new supervisors or refining seasoned leaders, this workshop provides a proven framework for turning leadership potential into performance. Cancellation Policy
This Agreement defines the terms between Orange Diamond Preparedness Group LLC (ODPG) and the Client/Hosting Organization for seminars, workshops, or training events (“Event”). 1. Booking Confirmation An Event is confirmed once payment is received and all travel, lodging, and per diem terms are acknowledged in writing. Bookings are subject to instructor availability and written approval from ODPG. 2. Travel, Lodging & Per Diem The Client agrees to cover all reasonable travel expenses, including airfare, mileage, rental car, parking, and daily per diem for meals and incidentals. Lodging may be provided by the Client or reimbursed to ODPG and must meet basic safety standards. All arrangements must be finalized no later than 14 days before the Event. 3. Travel Insurance Coverage Travel Insurance Coverage automatically applies to all bookings involving travel. This coverage offsets administrative and carrier fees incurred when travel arrangements must be changed, delayed, or canceled due to Client actions. The insurance fee is non-refundable once travel has begun and does not constitute third-party insurance. 4. Cancellations & Refunds Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Refunds for service fees (excluding travel, lodging, and insurance) follow this schedule: -14+ Days: 100% refund or reschedule with no penalty. -7–13 Days: 50% refund or one-time reschedule with a 25% rebooking fee. -Under 7 Days / No-Show: No refund; full payment required. Refunds are processed within 30 days of written cancellation. 5. Rescheduling Events may be rescheduled based on instructor availability. Any additional costs from travel or lodging changes will be invoiced to the Client. 6. Force Majeure Neither party is liable for delays or nonperformance caused by uncontrollable events, including weather, illness, or transportation failures. If ODPG must cancel, a reschedule or refund for service fees (excluding incurred travel) will be offered. 7. Liability & Indemnification The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless ODPG, its instructors, and affiliates from claims or damages arising from the Client’s negligence or failure to meet obligations. ODPG’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the Event, excluding travel, lodging, and insurance costs. 8. Governing Law This Agreement is governed by the laws of Oregon, and disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Lane County, Oregon. By booking, Clients acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
