Explore the focal areas below to find the right fit for your goals—whether that’s one-on-one firearms coaching, small-group personal training, or survival training. Our mission is to help you perform with confidence, competence, and control.

Shooting & Tactical Training
Whether you’re zeroing a hunting rifle, dialing in long-range precision, sharpening pistol fundamentals, or preparing for practical self-defense, our shooting & tactical instruction delivers clear, structured training grounded in safety and real-world skills.
ā
Courses include: sighting-in and optics setup for hunting rifles; precision rifle techniques for consistent, repeatable hits; foundational and advanced pistol training; scenario-based self-defense shooting; and the NRA Basic Pistol Course required for Oregon Concealed Handgun Licensing.
Each session emphasizes safe gun handling, range etiquette, decision-making under stress, and individualized coaching so students of all experience levels progress efficiently and responsibly.

Fitness Training
Welcome to The Lab — our private garage gym where fitness meets function. We train for strength, endurance, agility, and readiness — not just for sport or aesthetics, but for life and the moments that test you most. Our approach combines performance training with practical conditioning to prepare you for when things go wrong, when life demands more, or when competition calls.
We offer personal and small-group sessions, youth and adult training camps (off-site), and even tailored programming designed to meet you where you are and push you toward your best. Every session in The Lab is built to develop capability, confidence, and durability for whatever comes next.

Navigation Training
Navigate with purpose. This course covers core land navigation skills — map reading, terrain association, compass work, pacing, and dismounted land navigation exercises that build practical, repeatable skills in varied terrain and low-visibility conditions.
Future curriculum expansions will include mesh-network situational awareness (ATAK/ITAK) workflows, hands-on map building and geospatial data prep, and overlanding planning and route management. We blend classroom fundamentals with field exercises so individuals, small teams, and families gain the confidence to travel, operate, and communicate reliably off the grid.

Communications Training
Communications save lives — we train so you can be the link that works. This training covers the spectrum: satellite messengers and satellite communicators for long-range check-ins, digital and analog radio modes for tactical and routine nets, visual signaling and signal panels for remote scenarios, plus hands-on amateur (ham) radio fundamentals and antenna building so you can get on-air and stay there.
We teach message discipline, net procedures, and layered redundancy (multiple methods and fallback plans), and include practical instruction in simple, field-expedient numeric encryption/obfuscation systems such as SARNEG (used to encode coordinates and numeric data when radio traffic is open). Training blends classroom fundamentals with bench-work and field exercises so students leave able to plan, deploy, and troubleshoot communications in real-world, austere, and search-and-rescue contexts.

Homestead Instruction
Homesteading isn’t just rural — it’s a mindset of independence and resourcefulness. This training builds those skills from the ground up: urban and suburban gardening, container and raised-bed systems, composting, and food preservation methods like canning, fermenting, and dehydration. You’ll learn rainwater harvesting, purification, and greywater reuse; personal property and habitat management for food, pollinators, and viability; and ways to reduce dependence on the grid through efficient design.

Hardening Consultation, Instruction, and Training
Our Hardening & Base Defense expertise combines consulting, instruction, and hands-on training to help individuals, families, and organizations establish real-world resilience. We start with a full-spectrum approach — identifying vulnerabilities and building layers of defense across your home, property, and movement routes. Instruction includes power procurement and backup systems, fuel and food management, defensive lighting and surveillance, and landscaping that enhances both security and discretion.
ā
We also cover mobile and field defense, applying readiness principles to vehicles and on-foot operations: route and evacuation planning, navigation integration, communication redundancy (radio, satellite, and mesh network coordination), and tactical medical readiness. Advanced topics include camouflage and signature management, community coordination, and contingency planning for natural disasters or civil unrest.
ā
Our consulting services extend beyond training — we help design, source, and implement practical systems that fit your environment, budget, and goals. Whether you’re securing a rural homestead, preparing an urban residence, or hardening a mobile platform, our objective remains the same: empower you to protect your people and maintain stability when it matters most.
