Single Session – Pay As You Go Perfect for newcomers or those needing a flexible training option. This 1-on-1 session is fully personalized to your goals, skills, and schedule. Ideal for occasional training, technique check-ins, or trying things out before committing further. - 60 minutes - Based on ~0.065% ($60 MAX) of your net household income - No commitment required 3-Session Pack – Foundation Builder Designed for those ready to build momentum. Get three fully customized sessions tailored to your current level and long-term goals. This bundle offers both value and flexibility—with a 5% discount on your income-based rate. - Three 60-minute sessions - 5% off the per-session price - Great for jump-starting a routine or refining skills 10-Session Pack – Commitment to Training Ready to commit? This is for individuals who are serious about making lasting improvements. With ten deeply personalized sessions and a 10% discount, this pack helps you stay accountable, track progress, and see real results. - Ten 60-minute sessions - 10% off the per-session price - Best value for ongoing transformation *Based on 2023 median household income (1). (1) 2023 data from the U.S. Census Bureau's Current Population Survey and the Bureau of Labor Statistics, the median nominal household income in Oregon is reported as $88,740. For pricing reference, this figure is rounded to the nearest $10,000—$90,000. Clients requesting income-based pricing must authorize Orange Diamond Preparedness Group (ODPG) to verify household income. Verification may be conducted through review of the summary page (Form 1040) of the most recent federal tax return, or another government-issued document that clearly states total household income. All personal information will be handled confidentially and used solely for the purpose of determining eligibility for discounted pricing. Submission of false or misleading documentation may result in loss of eligibility and/or termination of service.
Cancellation Policy
We value your time—and ours. To ensure fair scheduling and quality instruction for all clients, please review our booking policy below: ✅ Booking Confirmation All bookings must be made in advance through our online system. A spot is confirmed once payment is received. ❌ Cancellation & Refunds We understand that life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we offer the following refund structure: 48+ Hours Before Class: Cancel with at least 48 hours' notice and receive a 100% refund or reschedule with no penalty. 24 to 48 Hours Before Class: Cancel with 24–48 hours' notice and receive a 50% refund or reschedule once with a 25% rebooking fee. Less Than 24 Hours / No-Show: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the class or failure to attend (no-show) will be charged the full price of the session. No refunds or credits will be issued. 🔁 Rescheduling You may request to reschedule your session (subject to availability) by contacting us through email or text. The same time-based refund/reschedule rules apply as listed above. ⚠️ Late Arrivals If you arrive late, your session may be shortened accordingly. More than 15 minutes late without notice is considered a no-show. This policy helps ensure fairness and accountability for everyone involved. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.
